Both of these flowers are premium grade and extremely fragrant and fresh. They are harvested when we order them. Although both plants are commonly referred to as Lotus, they are close relatives and both water lilies.

Used by Ayurveda Health Practitioners. Blue Lotus and extracts of blue lotus are used in abhyanga massage, basti treatments, the arts, tea and yoga.
